Momma's Baked Beans

I grew up with my momma making these baked beans.  And now when I make them for ppl I get compliments every time.  And as I am, they're always surprised to hear that it's not completely homemade!  But, why the hassle of making completely home cooked beans if no one can tell the difference anyways?  They're so easy, and sooo dang good!  Don't be scared away that you have to use a can of Pork and Beans, trust me, they're great!  It's just another thing I have to remind me of home :)  It was really hard to come up w/ a written recipe because she throws everything in until it looks/tastes good. So, these measurements are approximates.

Taco Grilled Chicken

A follower/friend e-mailed me and gave me a recipe to try out!  I love that she did that, I was hoping for more of this when I started my blog.  Also, I don't know if any of you remember, I also wouldn't mind some guest bloggers!  If you have a wonderful recipe, take pictures while you make it, type up the recipe and email it to me!  I would love to have more ppl involved in my blog.  So thank you, Rachel for being the first to send me a recipe you enjoyed and have me try it out.

On another note, I have decided to stop rating my recipes.  I feel like you probably all get the idea of how I feel about the recipe in my explanation.

I'm going to change Rachel's recipe name of Grilled Chicken Taco, to Taco Grilled Chicken (it has nothing to do w/ eating it like a taco, it just uses taco seasoning!  My husband was confused when we weren't eating chicken tacos.)  I'm not a huge fan of plain barbecued chicken tenders, but this recipe adds a kick to it that makes it a bit more exciting to eat.  I would definitely choose to make this recipe again, especially if I had to choose between bbq chicken tenders or this!

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches (Crock Pot)

I felt like adding another recipe, I've actually made this twice now.  It is so easy and so good!  I had never made pulled pork before (surprising considering I am from TN, I know), but this recipe seems like it's easier than most. Once again, this recipe is provided by Mel's Kitchen.  I'm not kidding, I love her recipes!  Last time I made this we had another couple over, so there were 4 adults and 3 children, and this was just enough for all of us, I don't know if we ate more than normal or what.  So, if you're cooking for more, then plan on making more!  You could also do what my mother-in-law does when she makes pulled pork, she serves them on rolls, so it goes a lot further!  I rate this recipe a 5!

Right after placing into the crockpot.
